Initial Consultation (60-90 minutes)-$600
A comprehensive visit to better understand your story, your history, influencing factors from a developmental, biological, social, cultural, spiritual, and mind-body perspective. Consultation also aims to include initial diagnostic impressions, along with specific treatment pla, goals and referrals as  appropriate. 
 
Short follow-up (20-30 minutes)- $200

 
Long follow-up, with or without psychotherapy (45 minutes)- $275

Lab work fees per laboratory and insurance reimbursement.
 
No show or late cancellation (<24 hours)- full fee will be charged to card on file (see office policies).
 
Ketamine assisted psychotherapy (KAP)

Screening (referred by another therapist) $375;
pre and post integration sessions-$250;

Ketamine session (2 hours) -$500
 
Group session fees determined per formation of groups.

Ketamine group retreats determined per retreat program.
 

Miscellaneous fees for other services discussed will be charged per an hourly rate, based on time needed to complete. Other fees/charges are listed in the office policies.

Payment is due at the time of service. I do not participate with any insurance companies. This allows me to provide more thorough and personalized treatment to you. I will provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance company if needed. Credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and ACH payments are accepted.
